From my experience the good people quit d2 a long time ago mostly tier 1 and 2s now... d2ga is dope and all but i gotta say the servers suck and not having to gear your chars just takes away alot of the challenge and what makes d2 great.

You can use hero editor and actually build your chars without all the hassle of trading etc
