If we break 41k i'll agree, otherwise could just be a new data point on a larger accumulation from the Jun 14th or so high.

although hopefully if it does hit a wall at 40k on this runup that will also mean the floor is 32k or so in a rising triangle accumulation to build strength on rather than the declining sideways movement we've had.
