It's pretty likely there will be a closed beta after alpha but hopefully there isn't an enormous amount of shit to fix and it releases around Fall

hope they test everything and delay if needed rather than rush and release for a sake of the promise we will see it this year

id rather see this shit drop in a patch, gieb game now

Who knows, Blizzard doesn’t have the best record of delivering on time, wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see it until next year. Looks great so far in footage though.

But if it's just an overlay of 3d graphics, there isn't much to test.

Alpha for twitch streamers, 2 betas for pre order's, and then scrap the whole mess.

All they've said is an alpha, and then a multi-player stress test of some sort.
