Do they give you a 1099 at the end of the year? I dont wanna be fucked next yr for taxes but with all the KYC shit now, it seems inevitable they report this info to the IRS... its all a grey area for me, but trying to do the right thing here.

there is likely a report with all your transactions you can download like coinbase provides

Had to manually pull trades (rather I printed out all my transactions and gave them to my cpa)

Hopefully next year is cleaner with them

I was told by my friend that they should provide you all the documents for you to file in your profile because irs will get the info from binance.us so they will know everything now.
I don't know but I used to use kucoin and I don't think they have to report to irs so alot of my friends trade there all the time as you only need an email to sign up and trade.
