I was told to post here so here goes.

So, I have these columns filled with numbers







And this equation: ((U12*4+V12)*0.02)/4

The U12 and V12 are cells from that spreadsheet above.



So what I want to do is make an equation where, when I put in a number in a cell (the number must range between 60 and 79, according to Column S, or I'll get an error), it refers to Column S and find the match, and then pull numbers from Columns U and V from same row and inputs them in the equation.

EXAMPLE: Enter "62" in the cell. It then matches 62 from Column S, then the equation automatically pulls 20,166,394 and 40,332,789 and puts it in the equation and gives me the result.

How do I do that?
