Still ISO Pure, or some Items. Mostly ETS but might actully need a Ghostkerbomb now and a nice heal item. My 20life scorchstone isnt that great anymore haha

If you’re not picky about pets look there are species healers that go for less than 100k that are 50% heal like kacheek life potion and elephante unguent.
