Anyone know any secrets or methods to reduce clusters, i have a two year old boarder collie got diagnosed with epilepsy at one year old hes had over 40 seizures.

In the last 24hours hes had 10.

Vets have been useless ive been following all instructions and its just burning a hole in my pocket 9800$ later

He gets 180mg of phenobarbital every 12hours,
They just keep upping the dosage.
I resorted to cbd he didnt have a seizure for 3-4 months now its back i think hes building immunity to certain things

Gave him a 1.5ml rectal diazapam nothing has changed.
