You need to kill diablo for max exp efficiency I'm pretty sure

I believe the strat is the person going for 99 clears chaos and kills diablo for exp then comes back to baal in time for later packs and everyone leaves before baal dies for max exp.

Thats what I recall anyway

I don't know how fast but manually it has been done quicker than this for sure.
I'm drawing a blank on account name but he was in clan OD. He would hit 99 without using a bot. Also most runs he was in were ran manually
