Im a smiter. I use fanat lvl 20 and if I don't use any ias gear other than 38ias grief. do I still hit max speed? The calculator isn't too clear on this. Basically I'm asking if the ias on grief matters for smiter

It depends on ur wepon base...
Phaseblade (-30WSM) ? <- It does not matter on this one.
Berserker Axe (0WSM) ?
Ettin Axe (+10 WSM) ?
Colossus Blade (+5WSM) ?
Colossus Sword (+10 WSM) ?
etc...
