EAST NON-LADDER GM ZEAL VS ZEAL

☆Ladder Rules☆

[GM] BM behavior will result in removal from the ladder.

[Duel] A winner will be decided by a best of three set. A set is a first to six decided by a margin of two duels.

[Start] Combatants must have "go" overhead before beginning a duel

[Running] Point awarded to the opponent.

[Miss-Click] Continue fighting.

[Draw] If neither player survives the walk back to town then neither player is awarded a point.

[Strength Glitch] Automatic disqualification if a body cannot be picked up without returning to town.

[Token] Automatic disqualification if a token is used during a match.

[Holy shield] May not be used prior to changing gear. Holy shield must expire, or the user may be killed off before changing gear.

[Chilling Armor] - May be carried over from one duel to the next.

[Charges] - Charges may not be used.

[Gear Changes] You may change gear twice during a set, and once between each set.

[Exile/Tap] Tap may not be used before the third set. If a match is spit 1-1 then tap maybe used as a tiebreaker if both parties agree.

Our intention is to update the ladder's rules as new imbalances are identified and resolved. Please refer to the most recent update for current ladder rules.

**Acceptance to this ladder is under the discretion of the ladder committee, and we reserve the right to remove anyone at any time for violating the ladders guidelines (cheating, stolen gear, unsportsmanlike conduct, etc.).**

☆Challenge System☆

Want to be added to the ladder? Post your JSP / Character Name. Only one character is allowed per account.

You may challenge up to two ranks ahead of yourself until rank 4: after which you much challenge 3, 2 and 1 consecutively.

As the challenger, you must private message the challenged and then post the challenge in this thread.

As the challenger, if you cancel or lose your match you must wait 12 hours until you can challenge someone else.

If you lose a challenge, then you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge the same person.

The duel must be completed within 72 hours.

A one-time extension (per duel) can be issued for 48 hours.

A dodge may be called if the challenged did not make a good faith effort to complete it (please provide evidence).

A dodge will result in a forfeit of the challenge.

You will be removed from the ladder if you accumulate two consecutive dodges.

☆King of the Cloister☆

Anyone can challenge for the top spot if a wager of forum gold is accepted by the current King of the Cloister.

Bets will work under the following rules:

The current King is not required to accept any such challenges.

Challenger must send the bet amount to a ladder admin before the duel.

The King must message that admin their acceptance of the challenge.

The result of the duel will be posted by the winner, and the loser must quote the results with an acknowledgment.

** The ladder committee reserves the right to reject and overturn any wagers that are deemed to not be in good faith. **
