not really impossible, since both of those things are happening lol. the graphics update will only be on d2r but anyone who thinks there won't be a decent up tick in players on even regular d2 from d2r is just wrong.

Honestly i have no idea if it will exist or not. im sure desynch in some sort will exist, but it may not be as severe.

mrllamasc@youtube had a round table discussion with blizz and from what he gathered they will only be fixing bugs that hurt players and arent fair to players, not ones that help.

the example they gave him of stuff they want to fix was like poison clouds from monsters that go invisible so you can't see them, and they also told him that a lot of the bugs that players have come to love like wsg/synch are part of the reason why the game is still loved so much and they don't want to take that aspect of the game away because they are trying their best to keep it the same as original d2.

If I can desynch still cause players can’t read that shit and are braindead then count me in
