can you confirm what you mean by no using cleansing on the pally line? like basically are you saying hdin is stuck with his original pool of mana and can't use insight on swap to get his mana back? also is this only a thing for ppl who spec prayer at all so if you are a tearhaunch din you still get your mana pool plus insight mana regen?

It means you can’t run prayer or cleansing as an aura. Same as nl rule. No ban on medi.
