Reminder to all:

If the FT5 is not completed in time the Challenger will have been deemed to have won (unless there is an issue on the challengers side) [24 hour timeout initially].

anyone that i challenged - and the duel is not completed, will be my loss. (issue on my side).

Yes, 24 hours in the first stage [c]. When you move up to B it increases to 48 hours, and in A it's 72 hours. And after all those steps it's 96 hour timeout.

This is to reward active players.

no you got it - thats it exactly.

the whole idea while in the [c] bracket is to kickstart the league by encouraging players to start their duels asap in order to progress the tournament and increase their timeout by qualifying into (b). remember there are pro's and con's to [c]. you can challenge players 4 ranks above you so it should not take too long to advance, all you have to do is win vs someone in the top 10, or advance to the top 10 (whilst having 2 Ft5 Wins while in (c)). Once in (b) the timeout is doubled to 48 hours (see 1st post).

if there are a bunch of players on, its possible to immediately advance to (b) in a single evening, even if ones position in the league is in the 2nd half.

if there is consensus i can move on the timeout for (b) bracket (i.e. extend it), but not on (c).

there are several players that this 1 day time out will hurt but i have to look at the overall situation for the league as a whole. for sure when it comes to the (a) bracket I will be very accommodating, especially to those that rank 1-3.
