6sec* (100/135) = 4.44sec
1050/4.44=236.5 dps

236.5/(0.35AP ratio*1.75aps turret) = 386AP required to make 1turret do this damage

I'm taking Cosmic Drive in certain games where I don't need Morello's as 2nd item.
I like it due to it's 75ap/30haste more than for movement speed bonus. shaco deals no damage, and in order to deal damage, i need CDR.
fine item if snowballing to keep myself ahead as a damage dealer / more peel by more boxes

Cosmic drive scales better with Imperial mendate then mpen does, justify its 2nd item rush
my teemo/heimer use as 6e item, if not sup role

i imagen shace be good for Imperial mendate, becausre of inbuild slows in box+e
my heimer had low succes with it, since 2 items required (Ryla+mandate) to make ingenious hunter work
