Recently started playing again and I can't figure out why my ping is always 79-130? Prior to quitting the game a couple years ago my ping was always 30's sometimes lower than that, internet connection is great and pc is above and beyond that, any help is appreciated.

If I can get my ping down I'll play, but I keep my mules refreshed and up to date.

Fiber internet, 1gig down, ping is 10-30 in any game I play except d2. 60-70 in D3

Yeah, That's kind of the norm for me. I sit on 130ping on HC. Don't really notice it though.

Tbh it seems to be the new normal.

anything going through Atlanta is a shitshow. Also icmp traffic isn't the same as in-game latency, I'm in florida and sit around 55ms latency currently when just using my own internet.
