Do what he says, it'll take you maybe 30-60 exas in temp league to craft if you can find the augs and don't get scammed in the process

Tl;dr

If you can't figure out the shield, the rest of the gear and clusters are going to be fun

Should take another 100-150 exas of divines minimum if you want to get *perfect stats* after hitting all t1.
30-60ex minimum is to hit t1-t3 in that ball park. The rest is entirely up to how lucky you are. Everything is already explained as simply as it could be. You need to mess with harvest and learn the rest yourself.
Or pay 150 ex for the shield finished by a crafter. And no, it won't be those exact stats. That's basically 10s of mirrors of investment from the divines/augs alone, unless he got super lucky.

Maybe this isn't a build you should try to craft yourself, just save up and buy it completed. That shield was the easiest part of the build to craft from what I remembered
