Awhile back I heard a convo about life rep was kinda bm? But again, a lot of people have some in their built.
Is life rep BM?

most leagues just put a limit on GM life rep. Not sure what it would be for classic svs but yeah. Some life rep is nice, but too much can be bm especially depending on playstyle

15 on vita builds. 10 (or 5?) on non-fb es. 0 on esfb is euro rules on repl

no replenish is not considered bm in public or private duels

to be honest man i dont consider any item " bm " but when it comes to it i have heard that " stacking " is basically bm outside of stacking i have not really heard of anything else however...

to make a long story short the game is balanced to put restrictions on chars in " private gm duels " in itsself is BM! instead players should just play the game as it was intended to be played

anywho if i am on a fireballer, it is not fair if the person im fighting cant use hotspurs
