Cute item for sure... pity it is only Magical and doesn't have other mods like +max life and QD ...

Anyway on topic, this is average in some sense:

If only this item had +2 in front of the Max Life & Mana;

Godly lightning III
Mana Cost: 21
Spell Damage: 6 to 63
+40% Enhanced Effect
+46 Max Life
+64 Max Mana
+1 Life Regen
+2% Damage Return
+1% Armor Pierce
+3% Glancing Blow
+4% Ice Mastery

The benefit of this item is simple... 3 more casts because of the +64 Max Mana, the otherside is that you have a little more hit points to cast during it and also AP. Pity the Ice Mastery wasn't Light.

I think I will keep this one and sell any MAGICAL-MYSTICAL, 55%+ EE Tier III lights for like 2 fg.

At least it is Tanned (25 mlevel cap).
