I cannot log into my account.. I know account+pass, but when I enter it it says "cannot find ____" and ____ is a different email address


any idea how I can overcome this

Hey this is where I had to reset my info i had to submit a ticket and they helped me get my account back after i got keylogged. submit ticket top right of page, you got to give as much info as you can. might take few days

I submitted a ticket but they haven't been able to help yet

for some reason my main account is not allowing me to log in, saying my secondary account is not found

my secondary account was used for a trial account at one point

so when I attempt to log in to email1@gmail.com, it says email2@gmail.com is not found... but I can log into email2@gmail.com lol

hopefully they will understand now that I have provided them with more detail




why the heck did they remove the char name as a security feature... that way I could get in ezpz
