as a 'rich' (not really, but compared to some others) pardian, i feel a bit bad about the 'handout' - especially since i don't really do anything with fg these days.
so if you're a 'poor' pardian, who agrees with the 'progressive' idea that hoarding wealth is obscene, let me know - i'm willing to share my slice of the pie with those that, through no fault of their own, missed their chance.
