ye 1660s is around ~300 + taxes
1070ti is like 30% better, but older/used for $400 not bad.

powercolor is like a lower tier brand, like zotac for nvidia cards. However i don't have anything against them, they're just budget cards anyway. I used to have power color HD 6990 long ass time ago, cuz it was much cheaper than the popular brands, and it worked/no problems.
It's the fact that it's 570 and you're paying $200+ for is the problem lol

400 for it is already not bad, it's also asus strix.
1660s is like 350ish with taxes, it's just new but still 30% weaker than 1070ti.

Yeah typically if you can find the cheapest card sold on ebay in the past week or so and use it as a point of reference you can usually negotiate down to that price, hitting them with the ol "See it went for this much, I can do the same in cash today." and I have had some good luck with this.
just sort by Sold/Completed listings for the card you want.

Or bring up the fact that it was a mining card and lowball them.

paid 190 2 years ago for a 570 msi armor mk2 8gb and its still going strong, undervolted and overclocked its almost like a 590
