especially when they are advertised as affordable family living in the desired (insert name of an undesired suburb community). Don't miss out on this opportunity blah blah.

I get real estate advertisements on my facebook feed sometimes and quite frankly it is depressing at what is now considered affordable and desirable.


The bar has really been lowered in such a short amount of time. I am grateful for family help. No way I could have gotten a property by myself with the modest income I have.

With that being said cost of living has deterred me from having a family. I am sure I am not the only who feels that way which makes me think we are really failing as a society because the long standing societal goals

are changing solely based on the cost of living.
