anyone use zealer with gris set how well does it do in ubers?

Its bad. You lack dmg, cb,....

gris scepter 125-146 damage (avg 135.5)
grief pb 431-435 damage ( avg 433). to this add ~170% damage to demon with a level 90 character

is pretty bad. grief is way better.

Gris set is only nice with rainbow facets. Take a look at the damage. But i'm not sure how this can work in ubers. Maybe with a life tap wand you can keep the infy merc alive.

I would put dracs on but I guess smiter is the better option with gris set

Smitter damage without grief is very low.

merc is very hard to keep alive, the one i managed to keep alive the most in ubers was a5 merc.
the problem of gris pala for uber, (beside the low damage) is the lack of sustained cb, you have it only in your boots
I won't go light based as meph is immune and anyway they'll all have high res

That guy is a bear pala, just posted it to show the power of light jewels with griswold set.
To use something similar in ubers you could go with draculs, goblin toes and put a ber in the weapon, that would fix the cb problem.
(they guy in the picture is using shael + 3x40ed 15ias jwls to get 105ias needed in bear)

Ye I understand the point.
with gtoe + ber you reach 45% cb that is ok, at the cost of give up very good slots

Uber are viables with any char - if you're not forced to go gris - let's say that with the ber in the weapon alone you can pay a much better full uber killer.
