Recently (a month ago) I noticed my computer starting to "lag" when playing games like csgo/valorant, its more of a skip like I'm playing on 20 fps, but my ping and internet are fine, cpu and ram don't appear to be near 100%, and frames are consitently above 300 fps.
This problem resets when I restart my computer but then usually ~4 games of csgo or valorant will cause it to go shit again. Even games like maplestory which could run on a phone, are lagging for me. Anyone know what the issue could be?
I'm assuming it has something to do with my cpu because my cpu will rev up to 100% randomly sometimes and won't stop until I open task manager and then it randomly fixes without me seeing what was using it.
