Join or creat, it doesnt matter. They count it every time you enter a game.

Do not exceed 20 game creations per hour per IP+CD key. So 1 person on an IP should not create more than 20 games per hour. 4 people on 1 IP should not create more than a COMBINED TOTAL of 20 games per hour on an IP.

Also, do not exceed more than 100 game creations/joins per 12 hours per IP. It won't matter how many CD keys you have on the IP. So forget sub 3-minutes baal runs and key swapping. After 100 game joins in 12 hours, you're IP restricted for 3 hours.

*edit* Also, remain in any game a minimum of 30 seconds before leaving. If you leave games in under 30 seconds like twice maybe 3 times in a row, you get restricted (not sure the timeframe or if by IP or cd key or both).
