Can I watch Netflix on a PS4 without having a PSN Monthly Subscribtion?

Just want to toss a PS4 in the bedroom on a New User Account so the girl can watch Netflix at night while I play on a Different PS4.

Cool thank you. Always thought I read you needed a PSN Subscription for ALL online activity.

you can play most if not all free games online with no ps+ as well
not the greatest list of games but some decent ones like path of exile/warhammer i think ect ect anything free on the ps store
