I got a 111ilvl bm hunter looking to raid in shadowlands. Also looking to run raid till shadowlands and mythic plus pushing till shadow lands. Also want to push keys in shadow lands.

to join guilds you have to be on the same server as guild id probably post what server youre from.

this is true i am on illidan horde side however i could asl switch servers if needed and the guild was 100% about neededing me as well.

You'd be better off looking on wowprogress once you're max level and SL hits. Guilds often disband ot aren't "as good" as they are currently because people stop playing or leave the guild for another.
If wait for a month, tey and gear your toon out as much as possible and then look for a guild on Illidan as its a super high population realm and shpuld have MORE than enough teams to join..only a handful of servers with more population than ill horde
