Trump is "very aware there is not a path to victory," but he believes the 72 million who voted for him "deserve a fight" so he's battling as a form of "theater" for them, a top White House aide tells me.

I can’t trust any “top aide said” shit from the Trump admin. Most of the people around him he fires, most of his cabinet he has fired, he has the most firing out of any president, everyone around him turns on him 24:7 and leak shit 24/7.
