The amount of time spent skipping waves u could just do the wave.

Only way u could benefit from this is to skip all the way to final wave

But then again ever since blizz put a cap on games made per xxx u can't spam games like u use to

you can also skip them my spamming the area with bonewalls

because there will be no free space left for the monsters he is spitting out

It's useful for normal when u get baal quest before u can get exp from waves.

Most importantly act 5 because that's always a tough fight at level 21
