i believe u need 65ias or 75ias

i have a 40ias/296ed mytical efool zoded
and a 40ias/265ed efoolz
and a 40ias/409ed ecruelz

for pvm i would assume grief pb is gonna be the best with a shield, either that or ebotdz, you'll hit the same fpa

grief PB for pVM

EbotdZ for PVP (Due to range of the zerker vs a pb - helps against ww barbs)

Grief PB and EBotDZ. Only thing that top those are 70 IAS eth rep phase blade/fanged knife with fools/damage mods which can both hit 4FPA fury 1h iirc

There’s a guide from ink but it’s for pvp. Most 1hand hit 5 frames and fanged knife and pb is 4 frames.

Axes/polearms need Wias-base=75 ias on weapon to hit 4 frames.
