The faster you drink it the less drunk you get because you digest it faster and pee it all out quicker... duh

Thats common knowledge and obviously why no one pointed this out to OP yet

Your liver is not working properly that is the problem, I recommend no more alcohol and B-complex~ vitamins for your liver

also make sure you do not mix your alcohol bewerages~

i'm fine with a litlre or so of hard liquor in the day then wind down with a little more a couple of bottles of wine and a few tallboy cans of beer

9 parts red wine , 4 parts vodka is a pretty good mix
