Hey guys im not sure if this is the correct place to ask but i had a question.

I know that superior armors with +15%ed will always roll the max defense possible. is the same true if it only has +% durability?

let's say base defense for an armor varies between 350-400, with +15%ed superior it will always roll 460 def, if it just has +% durability will it still always roll 400 defense?

No. Edura will not give you max def.

This is correct.

You need %Ed no dura and also any %Ed on spawned armor from game adds +1def to basic armor defense.
(This is deleted so no +1 when you upgrade armors unique or rare.)
