- The use of the following skill charges is allowed: Oak Sage, Heart of Wolverine
- Doom is banned.
- Slow is capped at 10%.
- Max resistance is 85%.
- Max absorb is 20%.
- When using combinations of items to mitigate do not exceed 80% max resistances / 20% absorb to any single element. (exception - tgods)
- Life rep is capped at 40, NOT including + rep from CTA.
- No more than one poison damage small charm is allowed.
- Only one item that grants CtC Life Tap can be worn at a time.
- When using Phoenix, all monsters must be redeemed before dueling

Can we take the enchanting / CTC life tap out of the rules?

1 item that casts ctc is allowed, just as stated in the rules. so u can use exile or dracs but not both

enchant probably could be clearer, but is part of the prebuffing allowance from the cube/inv - you just can't run to stash to prebuff

it's not a part of prebuff if chant charges are not allowed. prebuff your bo/es from cube all you want though.

I don't see how tap can be considered gm, but idk tpk balancing at all.
