Just started working with a pellet grill.

Made steaks and typical marinaded chicken that was 10x better than my normal grill.

Attempting some ribs with a homemade rub for 6 hours and 1hr blueberry chipotle bbq baste at the end.

Looking for some homemade dry rubs if you’ll share them

get some short rib and braise them suckers, sooo fuckin good. also, binging with babish just did a video on it too.
