He's just coming accross the point wrong, but he is right. An i7 unlocked and mobo is gonna run you about 400-500 not including taxes and a 3070 500 not including taxes

Literally leaves you with no money for ram and if you want a new case. Amd is more realistic to reach your goals.

Ps that microcenter is huge lol I used to live off of the 55/22

Right or wrong, you don't assume someone does drugs over short money being on a build. Sure I can put a few more dollars into the build to buy ram, end of story. Still waiting till October for the 3070.
