If I'm farming blue magic rings from hell chaos, when it comes to crafting, are all rings created equal?

I'm wondering if the number of mods on the identified ring or the required level affect the math at all.

I know char lvl and monster lvl where the item is dropped affect crafting but curious if there are other factors?

Im not very good experienced with crafting but what i understand is level ring witch roll 60lvl + (for good stats) for jool i dont know but i will happy to understand if have any share this info.

best to gamble rings on a very high level character, then they automatically work for crafting purposes. jewels and gems can be randoms found in playing the game
