Well sadly no lol, hm got nerfed so hard thats its quite useless, only good as an add on...
And hyb is pretty bad aswell

not the same, but if you have heal mastery on you it affects heals from other players on you, but not if you heal yourself, then it only works once

example:

caster with 50hm heals himself --> only 50hm counts and cannot exceed the EE cap for charms
caster with 50hm heals tank with 40hm --> caster HM counts and is affected by EE cap for charms AND tank hm counts fully as 40 as it is NOT affected by EE cap for charms

That's the information I got on it. So for short: HM is a very useful stat for tanks

Tank charm is good af

well i compared it to the old hm item, pre nerf, then it would be sexy, with current interaction its medicore IMO

but sure can be used on sam and pala when you explore, then its def a nice charm
