It’s for conc barb and ofc can be used in hld.

It’s about 8/10 imo.

quite sure there are also better bases for hld conc barb
as soon as i heard it´s gonna lose the mld factor after being upgraded i kinda lost interest in it especially since it went for ~20 k fgs
30 ias is enough to hit the ww bp afaik however the base kinda ruins if for mld however it would have been godly

7/10 from me
