My main account has 12-characters and suddenly it's 11-character. Tried everything to get it back but it just disappeared.

probably expired. all characters have 90 days expiration date.

Maybe change ur password

Perm your characters.

if you register email to your account blizzard will send you email before deleting. Otherwise change passwords

Send a ticket to blizzard. If it is a lvl 97 for sure you had been more than 2 hours with that character. I think the server had a rollback and you lost you character in the process.

i see this in 2 ways:

you are making fun of us with fake info

someone is making fun of you using your pass

Then you got hacked . Sorry for your loss

In any case there's no way anyone here can help since we don't have access to the bnet servers
