Normally they say AMD is more bang for the buck but, that is no longer true lol.

Intel's new 10th gen i3 cpu, is 10% faster than 1 of the higher end 8th gen cpu's i7 3770k
Extremely cost efficient, as even an 9th gen i9 9900k is only 26% faster.
110$ i3 vs 420$ i9

Are you worried about picking the right graphics card? they seem expensive?
Fear not ! the RTX 3080 is around the corner ! Starting @ 699.99
RTX3080 is 38% faster than the RTX2080 TI OC :D

Will be Ideal for those that are running 32" screens with 1440P @140+fps , ultra high settings / 4k @ 60fps

Im extremely excited , as i was literally about to do a mobo/cpu/ram swap , then seen how cheap & fast all this new stuff is :D

bit drunk but imo the used 3770k is the best bang your buck.
im currently using a 3770k at 5ghz awaiting the 5nm tech(intel).
the issue you'll find at 1440p is that the 3770k will bottle neck a current gpu.
either wait for intels 7nm tech or get a ryzen3 3600+ cpu to avoid this.

cpu's have stagnated but gpu make new gen cpu useful for non oc'ers
