So, should players stop swinging the bat once the game reaches a certain score?

Is he supposed to sit there and take strikes?
Can he swing if it's a shitty pitch or he has 2 strikes?

So....Tatis can't take a swing at the ball up 10-3 BUT he HAS to HUSTLE down the line to 1st on a routine grounder REGARDLESS of score....or the old fans will crucify him so great

The winning team has to stop trying(don't even swing on meatballs) and the losing team should try harder?
