dont get me wrong, its an amazing "roll" but PB eth is already a bit "cheating" since it comes with auto self-rep

basically fool`s / ed / ias and nothing else. how many of those do you have laying around in stash being absolutely worthless cause they spawned in bases that dont come with self-rep by default?

nowhere near the difficulty of finding a similar BA

well i get your point but as pb can't spawn ethereal, on top of the stats, u need to have it rolled on an eth CS or DB which makes it even harder. So I'm fully considering the base as part of the rarity for this one.

of course i took this into account but i`m pretty sure self-rep has alot lower odds of spawning than 2/3 as this weapon has of spawning as CS or DB.

basically what i`m saying is that when this spawned it had 66.6% odds of spawning with selfrep. that makes the "technical scarcity" alot lower than any other weapon in the game ^ ^
