Hey guys ,
Recently i bought a used Gigabyte RX 580 Gaming 4Gb . I am getting 3000rpm on the fans since i press the power on button. Most likely it was used for mining and it had tweaked BIOs , however i flashed the bios to the default one and its still the same. MSI Afterburner cannot control the fan speed in manual mode , nor i can do it from the AMD control panel. The temp is about 30% on iddle and still its on 3000 rpm . Please help.

I did it , didnt help.
I decided to take the GPU apart and i found something really strange. On of the cables was cut and isolated. U think this can be the magic?
It seems like the fans have been replaced. The originals fans have 4cables going into the 4 pin connector , however here we got 2 replacement fans - one has 3 cables , the other one has 4 , bit one of them has been cut(probably to match the other). I guess these fans are not compatible and thats why they do work on max rpm?
