When i'm already in Hell, but did not complete the Ancient Quest, can i still use them as a gater?

As long as you're over level 40 for norm and 60 for nm :)

Yeah i'm. I'm already lvl 92 but found out, that i didnt used them.

This is a benefit to getting classic rushed, because you can resell your character as a bumper whenever.

You won't get EXP for the quests past level 90, if memory serves me correctly, but yes, you can. :)
