The number in line = number of seconds you're banned for.
I.E,

14400 line in que = 240 minutes = 4 hours.

yeah ive been getting failed to join alot so they're doing somenthign right now lol limiting games per hour

there isnt a wait in line, just simply fail to join over and over.

i've been constantly getting FTJ too. Probably like 50% of the games I try to make.
I'm not exactly sure why neither. Some say Blizz gotta restart their servers :wallbash:
