Is there a way to buy stuff quickly/sell it on d2jsp right away?

Read the rules there, you can offer games you actually have which are tradeable or you can fill in people's iso's. Cannot offer "any game you want at xx ratio" these get closed.

Or use steam balance trade, these require you to be friends for 3 days though
