Level 17 Attract is incredibly over powered when you have a mercenary casting decrepify as well. this is beyond overpowered on Hardcore

true. Neverthless, the only staffmod doesn't make an item a trophy. a +2 dru 10 fhr 40 life 2 sox base would be clearly a trophy with this .



Delirium doesn't have Attract and confuse isn't level 17. Anyway if you're a fan of delirium on hc i give you a strong tip: use delirium on merc and use a decent hat yourself
