thinking about selling everything but my tbow and doing all 99 buyables.... thoughts? ill have roughly 1.6b cash to do all buyable skills. should be more then enough right?

Should but it really all depends on your methods.
You should imo, definitely aim for 90+ herb (raids).
Get the rest of your buyables to where you can at least complete diaries as well my friend.
Tbow rebuilding wouldn't be hard with bosses like snake around lol
