kolbot is already detected. Blizzard could ban everyone if they wanted to, they just decide to keep botters around. they buy 1000's of cd-keys on a regular basis. if they would perm bann all botters they would sell 60 keys/year instead of 6o0 000 (numbers made up ofc).

I think everyone just have to accept that botters are part of the game at this point, and play around it. Humans are still more efficient both when it comes to leveling and PvP :)
