Rules

Since this isn't 1v1 pride dueling (and more like a fun beer league) we are going to keep the rules simple:

1) No hybrid runewords allowed
2) No slow items or skills (slow missile, holy freeze)
3) No potions of any kind
4) The resistance cap is 80% + 1 piece of element specific absorb. That means you can wear 1 raven and 1 dwarf at the same time if you want, and still throw on a pair of water walks.
5) Teleporting is allowed on all classes. This makes barbs, windys, assassins and necros more aggressive/deadlier (which is a good thing in my opinion)


Up for debate

6) Ctc amp is allowed for now (unless we decide that its too op).
7) Knockback is allowed for now (unless we decide that its too op)
8) Hammerdins/libbys are banned for now, since they promote very defensive and boring team duels. We can re-evaluate this as we go
9) Pure foh paladins are banned. GM foh limit is 3k damage

Keeping it friendly at lvl 49 or allowing 59 euro rules?

I think we should allow ghosts to be 59. It makes things spicy. I think the most important thing is to make sure team comps are balanced

no cta/fort if we allow that though right?

Definately no cta, but im not sure on fort. Its hella good though.

the possibility of blocking like 1/2 of all arrows plus the huge defense boost plus the base ed on fort is just too much IMO

59 already gets 10 lvls difference to impact hit calcs vs barbs and the ability to use 40% ed jewels plus 10 extra skills etc etc

Id be ok with that. I just want to whirlwind on something not named a barbarian.
